Massage

Massage is so important in our daily lives. Especially as most of us spend a lot of our time sat behind a desk. Not only can regular massage work wonders for muscle relaxation and tension, but it gives your mind time to switch off too.

The massages I offer are carried out using an array of classic techniques, including effleurage, petrissage (kneading), friction & tapotement. We can discuss any troublesome areas you may have so I can help to help relieve tension & knotted muscles. Massage helps to improve blood circulation, helps breakdown fat pockets & can help reduce swelling. It also helps with lymph drainage which helps to remove any toxins from your body, whilst the essential oils nourish your skin & smell divine! Most of all it is pure relaxation, designed to put your mind at ease & allows you time unwind.

Massages are carried out on a portable massage table or wherever you feel most comfortable. Using a massage table will enable me to carry out the treatment fully & efficiently. I understand not everyone is comfortable getting onto a massage table & I am very flexible in my approach. If you are unable to use the massage table I will try to carry out all massage techniques to the best of my ability.

Please note that I am currently only trained in female massage.
